All sales of our products and services are final.  Prices are quoted in USD.  Applicable taxes are  not included (see Subscription fee calculation below for details).

Proof of delivery:

Your user name and password are delivered via a certified email service that provides us with a digital certificate as proof of delivery. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details.

Payment:

You can paid online securely with Paypal or you may send us your certified cheque or money order in a registered mail. Please add 13% Tax. If you'd like to wire transfer, please contact us.

Please note that there will be some small currency exchange fees if the fund received is not in U.S. dollars. Once the fund is received, you account will be set up ASAP, and you will be advised once it's ready. [If you'd like to cancel or unsubscribe by the end of the trial month or your current subscription, please send an e-mail with the same e-mail address you registered on file to cancel or unsubscribe.]

Subscription fee calculation:

• Tax Rate: 13%.
• CEM News Monthly (CEM-1008M): USD$68 + 13% tax = $76.84 every month.
• CEM News Monthly with Trial (CEM-1008T): $10 +13% = $11.30 for the first 30 days, then $76.84 ($68 + 13% tax) for every month after.
• CEM News Annually: USD$680 + 13% tax = $768.40.
