Below is an updated look at the trade in La-Z-Boy Inc (LZB) – an ideal buy candidate featured in our May 12, 14 and June 3 “Daily Trading Ideas” buy lists. Note: the position had gained about 140% in just 4 weeks or more than +500% followed the early March major trend shift signal (the pink arrow in the chart).
As indicated in the above chart, LZB broke out from the one week congestion pattern, which represented the digestion period in the aftermath of the May-June eplosive rally. Right now, the most important thing to look for is a test of the 5.20-5.90 areas.
