Tuesday’s trading action suggested that the market might have hit the short-term bottom. Whether the bounce has further to go is remained to be seen. Though we think there’s a pretty good chance that it’ll last for a couple of days. As always, we must stress that this is not the final bottom of this bear leg. It’s merely a beginning of the bottoming process rather than the end of the bear market. In short, the worst may not be over but a tradable low is upon us.
